Groovelogic E-book No Refund Terms of Service Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing and downloading e-books ("E-books") from Groovelogic, you ("Customer") agree to comply with and be bound by the following No Refund Terms of Service Policy ("Policy"). If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not purchase or download any E-books from Groovelogic.

2. No Refund Policy Groovelogic has a strict no refund policy for all E-book purchases. Once an E-book is purchased and the download link is provided or the E-book is made available to the Customer, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with the content, format, or quality of the E-book.

3. E-book Availability Groovelogic will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the E-books purchased by the Customer are accessible and available for download. However, Groovelogic does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the E-books and shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability, server downtime, or technical issues that may prevent the Customer from accessing the E-books.

4. Intellectual Property The E-books provided by Groovelogic are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the E-books are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared in any form without the express written consent of Groovelogic. Any unauthorized use of the E-books may result in legal action.

By purchasing and downloading E-books from Groovelogic, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this No Refund Terms of Service Policy.
